BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS • All requests for quotes, provisional bookings, confirmed bookings, amendments and cancellations must be received in writing via e mail.
• Accommodation as quoted is for room only-no meals or drinks are included • A non-refundable 25% deposit is required upon confirmation of the reservation to secure • Payment in full is required six weeks prior to arrival and is non-refundable • We pay our own bank charges upon receipt of funds. Kindly ensure that we receive the full amount as invoiced • STO rates (agents commission) - 20% on accommodation only • All meals are quoted at a net rate • Please note that there is a minimum of three pax on excursions
